Evans Halshaw Ford East Kilbride is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the link between customers and the workshop. You will guide customers through their service journey, promote health checks and service plans, and upsell where appropriate to maximise service revenue.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact for service customers from check‑in to post‑visit follow-up.
• Explain safety repairs and manufacturer recommendations clearly to customers.
• Promote and sell service extras while maintaining transparency and trust.
• Support customer retention via service plans and pre-booked future work.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high‑quality repairs and updates.
