Hendy Group is looking for confident Service Advisors for Renault Dealerships in Brighton. No automotive experience is required—training is provided—with a focus on exceptional customer service and efficient diary management.

You will greet customers, book services, update records, and help drive profitability while ensuring customers understand workshop options and status of repairs.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Strong communication skills (face to face and over the phone) are required.
• Good organisation and time-management abilities are needed.
• Basic computing skills including Excel and web/email systems are required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and collect vehicles for service.
• Book vehicles into the service diary.
• Keep customer database up to date.
• Support service profitability with professional sales techniques.
• Explain workshop services to customers.
• Record vehicle faults accurately.
• Liaise with technicians to track progress and prepare vehicles for collection.
• Obtain authorisation and process payments for repairs.
• Maintain effective communication with customers both in person and by phone.
