Job summary

West End Garage in Stirling is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy multi-brand aftersales team, representing CUPRA, SEAT and Škoda. You will be the key link between customers and the workshop, guiding bookings from first contact through to vehicle collection and handover.

This full-time role offers a supportive management team, ongoing manufacturer training, a competitive bonus structure and a modern working environment within a long-established family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience within a franchised dealership environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Confidence using dealership systems and digital platforms.
• A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy environment.
• Experience identifying and presenting additional work, products or service plans.
• Good IT and administration skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and providing a professional and friendly experience

• Keeping customers informed throughout their vehicle's visit
• Explaining technical information clearly and confidently
• Liaising closely with Technicians, Workshop Control and the Parts department

Service Advisor - CUPRA, SEAT & Škoda

Location: Stirling
Working Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, with Saturday mornings on a three-week rotation
Salary: OTE £38,406

Following the opening of our new CUPRA showroom and the expansion of our Stirling operation, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy multi-brand aftersales team.

This is more than a reception role. You will be the key link between our customers and workshop team, helping to deliver an exceptional aftersales experience from the initial booking through to vehicle collection.

Requirements

Essential
