Job summary

West End Garage Škoda in Stirling is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy, multi-brand aftersales team. You will be the key link between customers and the workshop, guiding the journey from initial booking through to vehicle collection with a focus on outstanding service.

We value a proactive approach, strong communication, and the ability to manage bookings, explain technical details, and identify additional work.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and providing a professional and friendly experience.
• Managing service, repair and MOT bookings efficiently.
• Keeping customers informed throughout their vehicle’s visit.
• Explaining technical information clearly and confidently.
• Liaising with Technicians, Workshop Control and Parts department.
• Identifying additional service and maintenance requirements.
• Preparing invoices, estimates and service documentation accurately.
• Supporting workshop efficiency and daily workloads.
