Vertu Citroen Derby is recruiting a Service Advisor to join a well established business within one of the UK's largest motor retailers. The role offers a £32,000 basic salary plus company benefits and opportunities for ongoing training and career progression.

As the relationship manager between customers and the workshop, you will set expectations, maintain contact during service or repair, and look for upsell opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

• Previous customer facing service experience required.
• Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets.
