Job summary

AutoSkills (United Kingdom) is seeking an experienced Service Advisor in Bolton to act as the main contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth service from booking to vehicle collection.

In this role you will manage bookings, coordinate workshop loading, upsell additional work, and promote service plans while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in automotive
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven upselling experience
• Experience using Kerridge, 1 Link, Pinnacle or a similar Dealer Management System (DMS)
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)

Responsibilities

• Managing service and repair bookings efficiently
• Coordinating workshop loading to maximise productivity
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
• Identifying and upselling additional work where appropriate
• Promoting service plans, maintenance packages and special offers
• Liaising closely with technicians and the workshop team
• Ensuring all customer requirements are handled to a high standard
• Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the journey
