Job summary

Auto Skills UK in Nuneaton is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join its Aftersales team. You will be the first point of contact, coordinating workshop activity and communicating repair requirements to customers with a focus on service excellence.

The role offers a basic salary up to £30,000 with an uncapped bonus potential and an OTE of £34,000, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm, with no weekend work. Progression opportunities exist within the dealership.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Service Advisor or similar.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to upsell additional services and repairs.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and coordinate service activity in the Aftersales department.
• Explain repair requirements and keep customers informed of progress.
• Upsell and promote service plans, tyres and maintenance.
• Prepare job cards, process invoices and manage service records.
• Utilise Kerridge, Pinnacle or Keyloop for workshop activity.
