Hatfields JLR Hull is seeking a Service Advisor to be the trusted link between customers and our workshop, delivering an exceptional experience while promoting aftersales solutions to enhance vehicle safety and performance.

You will drive revenue through Vehicle Health Checks, service plan sales and upsell opportunities, working with a team committed to customer excellence and growth.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and manage check-in through post-visit follow-up.
• Promote and upsell aftersales services and vehicle health recommendations.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs and keep customers informed.
• Manage courtesy car bookings, vehicle drop-offs/pick-ups and appointment scheduling.
