Hatfields JLR Hull is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the trusted link between customers and the workshop, delivering an exceptional experience while promoting aftersales solutions that enhance safety and performance.

You’ll drive revenue through health checks, service plan sales, and targeted aftercare products, with strong focus on customer excellence and aftersales performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in service advisory roles preferred.
• Strong upselling abilities and KPI achievement.
• Excellent communication and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact for service customers from check-in to post-visit follow-up.
• Understand customer needs and advise on safety-critical repairs and maintenance.
• Promote and upsell vehicle health checks, service plans and aftercare products.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely repairs and updates.
• Manage courtesy car bookings, deliveries and appointment scheduling.
• Build knowledge of Lithia UK products and services to upsell effectively.
