Job summary

Autotech-Recruit-Limited in Tonbridge is seeking flexible, customer‑facing Service Advisors to support UK dealerships on a freelance and temporary basis. You’ll manage the service journey from greeting customers to completion, book appointments, and provide clear updates on progress and repair times.

This role offers weekly pay, variety across multiple dealership brands, and flexible assignments that fit around your plans, with support from a dedicated team to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales professional.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and systems.
• Confidence managing multiple tasks and solving problems proactively.
• A professional, friendly approach with great attention to detail.
• Flexibility to take on assignments as and when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with technicians, parts teams, and customers.
