Job summary

A busy dealership in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their Aftersales team on an immediate basis. The role offers up to £15 per hour with guaranteed paid hours and the flexibility of full-time or part-time contracts. Candidates should have previous Motor Trade experience and a full UK driving licence, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 12 months Motor Trade Service Advisor experience is required.
• Franchised dealer experience is desirable.
• Kerridge or Pinnacle experience is a plus.
• Full UK Driving Licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Join the Aftersales team and provide service support.
• Handle customer inquiries and manage repairs.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
