Job summary

You’ll manage the service journey from greeting customers to completion, book appointments, and provide clear updates on progress and repair times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales professional.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and systems.
• Confidence managing multiple tasks and solving problems proactively.
• A professional, friendly approach with great attention to detail.
• Flexibility to take on assignments as and when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and managing their service journey from start to finish.
• Booking vehicles in for service, repair, and maintenance.
• Communicating with technicians, parts teams, and customers.
• Providing clear updates on vehicle progress and repair times.
• Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
• Keeping records and systems updated accurately and efficiently.
