We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Eden Swindon. You should possess excellent customer service skills, whether face-to-face or over the phone, both of which are advantageous. Motor trade experience or retail customer service experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Your responsibilities will include assisting incoming customers daily and engaging with prospective customers. Good communication skills, basic computer skills, the ability to work on your own initiative, prioritize workload, and be presentable, professional, reliable, and a dedicated team player are essential.
