We are seeking a dedicated motorcycle Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a franchise-approved motorcycle dealership based in Abingdon. The motorcycle Service Advisor role offers a dynamic opportunity to work with renowned motorcycle brands within a reputable dealership environment. As a motorcycle Service Advisor, you will be the face of the aftersales team, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the dealership's growth.

Duties of a Service Advisor:
- Promote and endorse the dealership's aftersales services to customers
- Provide expert advice and assistance on motorcycle maintenance, repairs, and merchandise
- Manage customer walk-ins professionally, ensuring high standards of service and satisfaction
- Process payments, invoices, and warranty claims efficiently
- Maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring parts are correctly stored, pre-picked, and ready for workshop jobs
- Support the sale of motorcycle clothing, accessories, and merchandise
- Build strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the Service Manager and team to meet and exceed targets and performance standards
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive or motorcycle industry
- Strong organisational skills and a focus on achieving performance targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for motorcycles, with knowledge of high-end brands preferred
- A valid UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is highly desirable but not essential if you have a strong passion for motorcycles
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple customer needs simultaneously
