Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking a dedicated motorcycle Service Advisor for a franchise-approved dealership in Abingdon. You will be the face of the aftersales team, delivering top-level customer service and supporting growth.

The role offers a negotiable starting salary with performance bonuses, typical on-target earnings around £33,000 per annum, a 40-hour week Monday–Friday, and access to an online rewards platform plus staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Strong organisational skills and a focus on achieving performance targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for motorcycles, with knowledge of high-end brands preferred.
• A valid UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is highly desirable but not essential if you have a strong passion for motorcycles.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple customer needs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Promote and endorse the dealership's aftersales services to customers.
• Provide expert advice and assistance on motorcycle maintenance, repairs, and merchandise.
• Manage customer walk-ins professionally, ensuring high standards of service and satisfaction.
• Process payments, invoices, and warranty claims efficiently.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring parts are correctly stored, pre-picked, and ready for workshop jobs.
• Support the sale of motorcycle clothing, accessories, and merchandise.
• Build strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager and team to meet and exceed targets and performance standards.
