Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for a main car dealership in Leamington Spa. You will welcome customers, manage service and repair enquiries, book workshops and keep clients informed through the repair process.

Typical duties include liaising with technicians, presenting repair options, preparing invoices and service documentation, and delivering outstanding customer service in a busy Aftersales department. Monday to Friday only, circa £30,000 base with bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience within a main car dealership is essential.
• Experience managing vehicle servicing and repair bookings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using dealership management systems.
• Ability to work effectively within a busy Aftersales department.

Service Advisor - Leamington Spa

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Automotive Service Advisor to join a main dealership in Leamington Spa. Applicants must have previous main dealership Service Advisor experience and be confident managing customers throughout the vehicle servicing and repair process.

Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

Salary: Circa £30,000 Basic + Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 8:30am - 5:30pm (TBC)

Weekends: No weekend working
