Job summary

Octane Recruitment is seeking a Service Advisor for a busy dealership in Orpington. The role focuses on customer liaison with the workshop, managing expectations during servicing and repairs, and driving service and commercial targets.

The ideal candidate has strong customer-facing skills; automotive Aftersales experience is welcome but not essential. A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are required.

Service Advisor Vacancy

We are recruiting for a Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor to join a busy dealership in Orpington. Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is desirable but not essential; applicants with strong customer-facing experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work to targets will also be considered.

Job Details:

Location: Orpington
Salary: £35,000 basic + bonus, OTE £40,000
Joining Bonus: £1,000 in month one + £1,000 after 12 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, plus 1 in 5 Saturdays, 8:00am–12:30pm
