Job summary

A busy dealership in Orpington is hiring a Service Advisor to join their Aftersales team. You will act as the main link between customers and the workshop, manage expectations during servicing and repairs, and keep customers updated on progress.

Job description

We are recruiting for a Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor to join a busy dealership in Orpington. Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is desirable but not essential; applicants with strong customer-facing experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work to targets will also be considered. A Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK are required.

Location: Orpington

Joining Bonus: £1,000 in month one + £1,000 after 12 months

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm, plus 1 in 5 Saturdays, 8:00am-12:30pm
