Job summary

Premium Independent Automotive Group in Bournemouth is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor. The role focuses on delivering a first-class experience by booking vehicles, communicating work clearly and supporting customers through repairs and servicing.

Ideal candidates will have automotive service advisory experience or a background as a Vehicle Technician moving into customer-facing duties, with strong customer service, organisation, and communication skills. UK driving licence required.

Key Responsibilities:

• As an Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring vehicles are booked in, work is clearly communicated and customers receive a first-class experience.

What we're looking for:

We're ideally looking for someone with previous Automotive Service Advisor experience, although this role could also suit an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to move into a customer-facing position.
