Job summary

Lloyd South Lakes Volvo is seeking a Service Advisor to join its Aftersales team in Levens. The role offers a salary of £27,000 plus bonus and involves 42.5 hours per week in a busy service environment.

Based in Levens, you will greet customers, advise on queries, book vehicles for work and help close invoices. A full UK driving licence, IT literacy, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• IT literate; Kerridge knowledge is advantageous.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Service Advisor to join the Aftersales team at our Lloyd South Lakes Volvo retailer based in Levens.

Salary: £27,000 + Bonus

An ideal Service Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service.
• Enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Service department.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be well presented.
• Must be IT literate, and a working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.
• Must hold a full UK driving license.
