Lloyd Motor Group is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department at Lloyd Jaguar Land Rover, Stockton. You will drive the business forward, motivate the team, and maximise customer satisfaction beyond the manufacturers’ national average while controlling costs and maintaining quality standards.

Applicants should have automotive service leadership experience, strong people management skills, and hold a full UK driving licence.

Lloyd Motor Group has a great opportunity for a Service Manager to join their management team and lead the service department at their award-winning prestige retailer Lloyd Jaguar Land Rover, Stockton.

About the role

As the Service Manager you will be required to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction levels in excess of the manufacturers’ national average whilst motivating and managing the team. You will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling costs in line with the business plan whilst maintaining quality standards. As well as ensuring accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with the standards.

45 hours per week.

About you

For this role it is essential that you have experience in a similar role within the automotive industry. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to work well under pressure. We also require the successful applicant to have a full UK driving licence.
