Job summary

Kream Motor Recruitment is assisting an Exeter-based main dealer in finding an experienced Service Advisor. You will be the face of the Service Department, greeting customers and coordinating servicing, repairs and maintenance appointments.

The role requires motor trade experience at a main dealer or quality independent garage, a full driving licence, and excellent customer service skills both face-to-face and over the phone.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced motor industry SERVICE ADVISOR to join an Exeter based main dealer who represent one of the UK’s well-known brands.

You’ll need to possess excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and telephone based.

Motor trade experience gained at another main dealer or quality independent garage is required alongside a full driving licence.

In this role, you will be the face of the Service Department, assisting incoming customers, booking servicing, repairs, and maintenance appointments. Upselling identified work and approved products / services will be a key activity.

The ability to work as part of a team, with good communications and computer skills are essential, as well as being able act on your own initiative as and when required, prioritising your own workload.
