Service Advisor needed in the Dartford area.

We are working with a Motor Garage that is actively looking for a Service Advisor to join their friendly team. Location: Dartford.

Job Role – Motor Vehicle Service Advisor

Salary –

Excellent basic salary and bonus

Hours:

Mon-Fri 8.00-6.00 / Saturday morning on a rota basis

Service Advisor Duties include:

• Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
• Advising on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
• Selling additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs
• Advising on timescales and collection arrangements
• Producing job cards on in-house computer system
• Updating customer and vehicle records
• Documenting all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
• Preparation and completion of invoices

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a motor garage
• Full driving licence

As a Service Advisor, you will ensure the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public. The client is particularly looking for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent rapport, and the ability to deliver great CSI results, along with confidence in up-selling opportunities.
