Remote Service Advisor - Automotive Industry (Work From Home)

Location: UK-wide (Remote)

Salary: Competitive, basic + OTE

Our activity encompasses inbound and outbound aftersales services, including booking enquiries, EVHC programs, predictive outbound, and CEM, through various channels such as telephone, digital, and written interactions, for multiple high-profile clients across the UK automotive sector. As we continue to grow, we are seeking motivated, professional and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

●Respond to inbound calls and written enquiries from customers on behalf of dealerships

●Book service appointments, provide repair updates and manage aftersales interactions

●Ensure a consistently professional and empathetic approach to customer service

●Work collaboratively with team members and dealership contacts to resolve queries efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

●Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or branch setting (essential)

●Strong knowledge of the automotive service process and terminology

●Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

●Self-motivated, reliable and comfortable working independently from home

●Confident with using CRM and booking systems (training provided on internal tools)
