Job summary

The Recruitment Solution is sourcing a Service Advisor for a Belfast area dealership. You will greet customers, book in vehicles and manage job cards, obtaining authorisations and coordinating with the workshop to ensure smooth progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in a main dealer environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at service reception.
• Book in vehicles and raise/close job cards.
• Obtain authorisations for work and liaise with workshop.
• Arrange courtesy cars via the One Link system.
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and upselling.

Service Advisor Requirements:
