We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Independent garage who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Chelmsford area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Benefits

• Salary: up to £35,000 basic p.a.
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm.
• 1 in 3 Saturdays worked 8.00am-1.00pm.

Requirements

• A working experience within a Service Advisor role.
• The ability to upsell on service work and service plans.
• Customer Focused and an excellent communicator.
• Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software.
• UK Right to Work, Full UK Driving Licence.

Duties

• Dealing with customer queries both over the phone and face to face.
• Booking in vehicles into the workshop and workshop loading.
• Costing up jobs and invoicing for work done.
• Actively sourcing required parts online.
• Advising the customer about the work being done utilising your knowledge of vehicles.
