Job summary

Hallmark Solutions Ltd. is offering a Service Advisor role where you will welcome customers, understand their needs and coordinate service visits. This position provides Porsche brand training and development guidelines to help you grow within the motor trade.

You don't need to be an expert in car maintenance; the emphasis is on delivering a great customer experience. A driving licence and flexibility with hours are desirable as you progress toward accreditation.

Qualifications

• At least one year's experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in premium branding is a plus.
• Excellent administration, organisational and communication skills.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Flexible approach to working hours is essential.
• Possess a full valid driving licence.
