Job summary

The Service Advisor role at Hawk Hiring is based in Basingstoke at a leading motor group's main dealership.

You will greet clients, book service, liaise with technicians, explain inspection results, and propose add-ons.

• Managing payment processing, invoicing, and paperwork to ensure a seamless vehicle handover experience.
• Maintaining top level customer satisfaction scores through clear, polite, and honest communication.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Enjoy great work balance with 1 in 3 Fridays finishing early at 1:00 PM!)
