Job summary

Silcom Recruitment on behalf of a business near the outskirts of Slough is seeking a Service Administrator to join the team, reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

You will handle all admin tasks from creating job cards to invoices, liaising with service, workshop and customers throughout the process.

Experienced in the motor trade with Kerridge is essential; salary £22,000–£24,000 depending on experience, Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm with 30–60 mins lunch, flexible for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous motor trade experience is required or highly desirable.
• Experience using Kerridge is essential for this role.
• Strong administrative and customer service skills.

• Complete all admin tasks to finish a service, MOT or repair from job card to invoice.
• Liaise with service department, workshop and customers throughout the process.
• Support Aftersales Manager with general administrative duties.

The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of a business, based on the outskirts of Slough. Seeking to add a Service Administrator to their team. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• To complete all administrative tasks required to complete a service, MOT or repair on a customer vehicle, from creating the job card to creating the invoice and filing away the job.
• Liaising with service department, workshop and customer directly throughout full process.
• The ideal candidate would have current or previous motor trade experience and be a confident user of Kerridge. This is essential in the successful application for this position.

The Package:

£22,000 - £24,000 - Depending on experience based.

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with an 30 - 60 mins for lunch (flexible for the right individual).
