We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Administrator to join a busy service team in Wales.
This is a varied role supporting customers, engineers and service management to ensure service contracts are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where organisation, communication and attention to detail are key.
As Service Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative and coordination support across the service operation.
Coordinate and maintain the contract diary, helping to ensure service and maintenance activities are scheduled and managed effectively.
Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, dealing with queries where possible and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team member.
Support engineers with job scheduling, job information, parts and materials, ensuring they have the information and resources required to complete their work.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation, including engineer paperwork, asset information, KPI records and SharePoint files.
Support parts and materials ordering, customer feedback, records, as well as other administration required to support the smooth running of the service team.
We're looking for a Service Administrator who is organised, reliable and confident dealing with a variety of customers and colleagues. You'll be comfortable managing competing priorities and working in a busy environment.
Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or coordination role.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
Confident communication skills, both over the telephone and by email, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of SharePoint or CRM systems would be advantageous.
The ability to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively and work positively as part of a wider team.
