Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries related to servicing, restoration, parts, and car sales.
• Assisting with workshop administration and internal documentation.
• Preparing estimates and following up with clients as theService Administrator.
• Assisting with sales invoicing and purchase order processing.
• Organising the collection and delivery of vehicles.
• Communicating with suppliers to chase parts and services.
• Handling routine Health & Safety and British Standards administration.
• Supporting the team with general administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
