GAUCHO Liverpool is seeking an experienced Senior Waiter who will represent the brand with warmth and hospitality. You will work with the restaurant team to provide an unforgettable GAUCHO experience, upsell GAUCHO products, and uphold service standards across every guest interaction.

Responsibilities include hosting guests, guiding menu choices, supporting management to maximise sales, and maintaining a clean, organized dining room.

Responsibilities

• Work with the restaurant team to deliver an unforgettable GAUCHO experience for guests through high hospitality and service excellence.
• Be the face of GAUCHO and demonstrate service excellence by following GAUCHO steps and standards.
• Strengthen product knowledge to host tables and guide guests with menu choices.
• Support management to maximise sales by driving covers and average spend per head.
• Ensure all guest orders are received, processed professionally and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant and follow setup/breakdown procedures.
