Rentokil Initial is hiring a Content & Copywriting Specialist to join our global Digital Content & Communications Team. You will write, edit, and optimise high-performing B2B and B2C copy across our website estate, with a primary focus on the North American market.

Collaborate with Search Performance, Digital Product, UX and CRO teams to improve content quality, boost organic visibility, and generate leads through clear, user-centred copy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on digital copywriting experience in a marketing environment.
• Proven SEO copywriting with keyword research and search intent.
• Strong editorial judgement for persuasive short-form and technical long-form content.
• Cross-functional communication to translate complex services for varied audiences.
• Experience tailoring content for North American audiences.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and optimise B2B/B2C web copy for landing and product pages.
• Apply SEO, GEO, CRO and UX insights to create high-ranking copy.
• Conduct content audits and deliver actionable enhancements to increase reach and leads.
• Maintain editorial standards, tone of voice, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Search Performance, Digital Product, UX, CRO and regional teams.
