Rentokil Initial is seeking a Content & Copywriting Specialist to join the Digital Content & Communications Team. You will write, edit, and optimise B2B and B2C copy across the website estate, focusing on North America, with collaboration across SEO, Digital Product, UX, and CRO teams.

You will ensure editorial standards, drive organic visibility, and lead content projects with a user-centric approach in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital copywriting and publishing within a commercial marketing environment.
• Proven track record in SEO copywriting with keyword research and intent.
• Strong editorial judgement for short-form marketing copy and long-form articles.
• Cross-functional communication to translate complex services into accessible language.
• Global or multi-market experience, tailoring content for North American audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create, audit, and refine user-centric copy across all digital touchpoints.
• Apply SEO, GEO, CRO, and UX insights to craft high-ranking, conversion-focused copy.
• Conduct regular content audits and implement improvements to increase reach and leads.
• Maintain editorial standards, tone of voice, and regulatory compliance across copy.
• Collaborate with Search Performance, Digital Product, UX, and CRO teams to align content with goals.
• Liaise with regional teams to scope content projects and gather market insights.
