Rentokil Initial is seeking a Content & Copywriting Specialist to write, edit, and optimise high-performing B2B and B2C copy across the website estate. You will work with SEO, GEO, UX, and CRO teams to elevate content quality and drive lead generation, with a focus on North America.

You will audit and refine user-centric copy across digital touchpoints, apply SEO and user insights, and collaborate with regional teams to align content with commercial goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on digital copywriting and publishing in a commercial marketing environment.
• Proven SEO copywriting with keyword research and search intent integration.
• Strong editorial judgement for short-form marketing copy and long-form articles.
• Cross-functional communication translating complex services for varied audiences.
• Global or multi-market experience, specifically tailoring content for North America.
• Experience with CMS and web publishing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create, audit, and refine user-centric copy across digital touchpoints.
• Apply SEO, GEO, CRO, and UX insights to craft high-ranking copy.
• Conduct content audits and deliver actionable recommendations to boost reach.
• Maintain editorial standards, tone of voice, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Search Performance, Digital Product, UX, CRO, and Digital Account teams.
• Liaise with North America marketing teams to scope projects and share insights.
