Rentokil Initial Group is seeking a Content & Copywriting Specialist to write, edit, and optimize high-performing B2B and B2C digital copy across our website estate. You will work with UX, CRO, and product teams to scale organic visibility and drive leads with a North America focus.

You will apply SEO, GEO, and UX insights to create persuasive copy, audit content, and uphold editorial governance across multiple channels in a global team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital copywriting and editing within a commercial marketing environment.
• Proven SEO copywriting track record with keyword research and intent integration.
• Strong editorial judgement for short-form and long-form copy.
• Cross-functional communication translating services into engaging content.
• Global or multi-market experience, tailoring content for North America.

Responsibilities

• Create, audit, and refine user-centric copy across digital touchpoints.
• Apply SEO, GEO, CRO, and UX insights to produce high-ranking copy.
• Conduct content audits and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Maintain editorial standards, tone of voice, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Search, Product, UX, and Commercial teams.
• Liaise with regional marketing to align content for North America.
