Rentokil Initial is seeking a Content & Copywriting Specialist to support the Digital Content Marketing Manager. You will write, edit, and optimise high-performing digital content across B2B and B2C channels, with a North American focus, while collaborating with SEO, UX, and product teams.

The role is hybrid, based in Crawley, England, United Kingdom, and reports to the Digital Content Marketing Manager. A 12-month contract with a competitive salary is offered along with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience writing, editing, and publishing high-quality digital content
• Copywriting and editing experience in a marketing environment
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex topics
• Experience in working within a global organisation

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit and optimise digital copy for web pages and landing pages
• Translate SEO, CRO, and UX insights into persuasive, user-centric copy
• Maintain editorial standards and brand voice
• Audit content to identify gaps and opportunities and provide clear recommendations
• Collaborate with Search Performance, Digital Product, UX, and CRO teams
• Manage documentation and communicate updates to internal teams and stakeholders
• Engage with local markets to ensure accurate scoping and delivery of content projects
