Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Content & Copywriting Specialist to support digital content strategy across B2B and B2C channels. You will write, edit, and optimise content to improve organic visibility, lead flow, and conversions, with a focus on North America while collaborating with global teams.

You will work within the Digital Content & Comms Team, reporting to the Digital Content Marketing Manager, and contribute to editorial standards and content audits across web estates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on content writing, editing and publishing.
• Strong SEO knowledge and keyword integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit and optimise B2B and B2C web copy for high-converting content across pages and campaigns.
• Translate SEO, CRO, and UX insights into persuasive copy.
• Maintain editorial standards and ensure content aligns with brand voice.
• Audit content and identify gaps; provide clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with Search Performance, Digital Product, UX and CRO teams to boost performance.
• Manage documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Engage with local markets to scope content projects.
