Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled digital copywriter to draft, edit and optimise high-converting web copy for B2B and B2C audiences. You will create content for landing pages, product pages, and location pages while applying SEO, GEO, CRO and UX insights to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital copywriting, content editing, and publishing within a commercial marketing environment.
• Proven track record in SEO copywriting.
• Ability to integrate keyword research and search intent naturally into copy.
• Strong editorial judgement.
• Ability to write persuasive short-form marketing copy and technically accurate long-form articles.
• Cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex service offerings into engaging, accessible language.
• Global or multi-market experience, specifically tailoring digital content for North American audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and web publishing workflows.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4).
• Familiarity with content promotion, inbound marketing, and basic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Multilingual skills or experience writing in an editorial/publishing background.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority digital content projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• User-centric approach focused on user intent and the customer journey.
• Adaptability and collaboration in a matrixed global environment.

• Create copy for landing pages, product/service pages, location pages, and platform migrations.
• Apply SEO, GEO, CRO, and UX insights to content.
• Conduct regular digital content audits.
• Identify content gaps and optimise underperforming copy.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to increase search reach and lead flow.
• Maintain editorial standards, tone of voice, regulatory compliance, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Search Performance, Digital Product, UX, CRO, and Digital Account Management teams.
• Liaise with regional marketing teams, focusing on North America, to scope content projects and gather market insights.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders.
