Sword Group seeks an experienced Senior Workplace Engineer to own complex workplace services across managed environments. You will resolve difficult issues and elevate service standards across End User Compute, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management.

The role covers Identity integration, device provisioning, email security and collaboration platforms, including hybrid meeting-room technology. Five+ years in workplace engineering is expected with relevant certifications advisable.

Competenze

• 5+ years in workplace engineering or equivalent
• Experience with End User Compute and managed workplace services
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and security controls
• Hands-on experience with Intune, Entra ID and Exchange Online
• Familiarity with Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms environments

Mansioni

• Lead device provisioning and lifecycle activities (Windows Autopilot, Intune enrolment)
• Administer and improve Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Zoom)
• Configure endpoint compliance policies and Conditional Access controls
• Diagnose and resolve secure email issues and anti-phishing controls
• Lead hybrid meeting-room service configuration and testing
• Investigate service problems and drive improvements via runbooks and knowledge articles
• Coach other Workplace Engineers and communicate clearly during incidents and changes
• Support service transitions with defined boundaries and escalation paths
