Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a senior Business Consultant (Workforce Software) to lead end-to-end implementation projects across industries in London and beyond. You will partner with HR, Operations and IT, define future-state solutions, and drive successful client outcomes through expert configuration and flawless delivery.

• Extensive experience delivering Workforce Software implementations.
• Proven ability to map client requirements to functional designs.
• Strong collaboration with HR, Operations and IT stakeholders.
• Experience with testing cycles and client sign-off processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle for Workforce Software.
• Partner with HR, Operations and IT to define future-state solutions.
• Run discovery workshops and process mapping for rules and policies.
• Configure modules: Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence, Forecasting, Analytics.
• Design integrations between Workforce Software and payroll/HR/ERP.
• Manage UAT, test scripts, defects and sign-off activities.
• Develop project artefacts: specs, workbooks, migration plans, training content.
• Support data migration: extraction, transformation, validation of records.
• Provide hyper-care support post-go-live and knowledge transfer.
