Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation with Workforce Software or equivalent WFM platforms.
• Strong understanding of pay rules, scheduling, leave accruals, and labour law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle for Workforce Software as the senior functional lead.
• Partner with HR, Operations, and IT to define optimised future-state WFM solutions.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and map scheduling rules, leaves, pay rules, and compliance.
