Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Business Consultant at Management Level 8 to lead Workforce Software implementations across diverse industries. You will partner with HR, Operations and IT to define optimized future-state solutions, map policies and rules, and guide the full project lifecycle from discovery through post-go-live support.

You will configure modules, design integrations with payroll and ERP systems, and mentor teams while contributing to practice development and pre-sales workshops.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full implementation lifecycles for Workforce Software projects.
• Strong ability to map scheduling rules, leave policies, and pay rules.
• Proven skills in shaping future-state workforce management solutions.
• Experience with interfacing WFM with payroll, HRIS, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle for Workforce Software.
• Coordinate discovery workshops and process mapping sessions.
• Design and configure Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, Forecasting, and Analytics.
• Develop integration designs for connections between Workforce Software and payroll, HRIS, and ERP platforms.
• Manage UAT cycles, test scripts, and defect resolution; drive client sign-off.
