Job summary

Accenture London is seeking a Workday HCM Delivery Lead to guide implementations end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams across global locations. You will drive project management, stakeholder engagement and quality assurance to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires extensive Workday delivery experience, strong communication skills and the ability to travel as needed. You will join a dynamic team delivering large-scale HR and ERP initiatives for leading clients.

Qualifications

• End-to-end Workday implementation experience (Phase 1 and/or Phase X).
• Delivery of Workday end-to-end for 2+ engagements.
• Stakeholder, resource and financial management; PMO capabilities.
• Travel as needed; manage teams and client interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM and/or FIN implementations end-to-end with strong PMO and stakeholder skills.
• Conform, mobilize and lead the right team to deliver the agreed solution end-to-end.
• Manage senior client stakeholders, engagement financials and overall delivery quality.
• Assure a predictable, high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Mentor consultants and project managers to the next level; support pre-sales activities.
