Job summary

South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced workforce data professional to join the Workforce Planning, Insights and Systems team, producing analysis and reporting of complex information relating to staff to support the management and planning of the workforce within SCAS in an accurate and timely manner.

They will extract, analyse and deliver information from existing HR systems to meet reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• ESR, HR or Workforce data experience.
• Experience producing workforce reports for senior managers.
• Experience collating, analyzing and presenting complex data to diverse audiences.
• Education at degree level in information or mathematical/statistical field; advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to ensure data integrity of ESR and support annual and strategic Workforce Planning.
• Become SME on interfaces between Workforce Systems and reporting within SCAS.
• Develop management information tools using ESR and other data systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, automate processes and reduce manual intervention.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership and present findings to stakeholders.
