Job summary

South Central Ambulance Service NHS is seeking an experienced workforce data professional to join the People and Wellbeing Team in the Workforce Planning, Insights and Systems group. You will extract, analyse and report on HR data from ESR and related systems to support workforce planning and timely decision-making.

As a Subject Matter Expert on interfaces between systems, you will drive improvements, automation and robust data governance, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in an information or mathematical/statistical related field or significant work-based experience.
• Excel to an advanced level through qualification or demonstrable skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity of ESR and maintain data quality through ongoing validations.
• Support annual and strategic Workforce Planning and attend planning meetings.
• Become SME on interfaces between Workforce Systems and reporting within SCAS.
• Develop management information tools using ESR and other data systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve system usage, automate processes and reduce manual work.
