Job summary

King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Systems Manager to lead ESR and other workforce systems, ensuring accurate data and robust governance to support planning and decision-making across People Services and Finance.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical issues into practical improvements. The post offers flexible working options within a large NHS network and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Significant experience administering ESR, including work structures, user access, auditing, interfaces and self‑service functionality
• Experience managing workforce systems and datasets within a large complex organisation
• Experience leading data quality improvement programmes and implementing process improvements
• Experience of systems such as Trac, Allocate, CRM platforms or equivalent workforce systems

Responsibilities

• Lead ESR management, data quality improvement, systems optimisation and data governance to support decision‑making across the Trust
• Develop processes, guidance and training to promote best practice and maximise system benefits
• Support establishment control, workforce planning and digital transformation initiatives with timely service delivery
