Job summary

BNP Paribas Personal Finance in Solihull is seeking a Senior Workforce Analytics Lead to shape how workforce data informs decisions across the organisation. You will own the People Balanced Scorecard and deliver dashboards and insights for senior governance forums.

Working with HR, Finance and IT, you will turn complex data into clear trends and recommendations, driving actions and ensuring trusted, decision-ready workforce insight across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce analytics, HR reporting or people data roles.
• Advanced Excel skills with dashboards and reporting experience.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with HR and Finance on headcount reporting.
• Knowledge of workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, absence and recruitment.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to data accuracy.
• Ability to build reporting structures from scratch.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.
• Experience with data governance or KPI frameworks desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the People Balanced Scorecard, including definitions, reporting cadence and governance.
• Deliver regular workforce reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cycles) including dashboards and executive packs.
• Translate complex people data into clear insight, trends and actionable recommendations.
• Lead workforce planning analysis in partnership with Finance, including headcount, forecasting and workforce position tracking.
• Design and build dashboards and reporting tools for HR and business leaders.
• Develop insight across key workforce metrics including headcount, recruitment, turnover, attrition and absence.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities across the employee lifecycle using advanced analytical techniques.
• Improve data quality, reporting standards and consistency of workforce definitions.
• Support ad hoc deep-dive analysis to inform decision-making at senior level.
• Partner with People, Finance, Data and IT teams to ensure a single source of truth for workforce data.
