You will support and develop a core Workday environment for a worldwide user base, acting as SME in Absence/Time Tracking, Talent/Performance, and Security, Data & Reporting. The role requires gathering requirements and strong stakeholder management across global teams.

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
