Job summary

W6 Resources Ltd. is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst for a permanent hybrid role in Manchester. You will support and develop a core Workday environment for a worldwide user base, acting as SME in Absence/Time Tracking, Talent/Performance, and Security, Data & Reporting. The role requires gathering requirements and strong stakeholder management across global teams.

We\'re looking for experienced Workday Analysts to join a global HR technology team, supporting and developing a core Workday environment across a worldwide colleague base.

You\'ll be a subject matter expert in one or more of the following areas:

• Absence and Time Tracking


• Talent and Performance


• Security, Data and Reporting

You\'ll also bring:

• Strong understanding of Workday business processes


• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements


• Proven stakeholder management skills


• Experience supporting Workday releases and testing cycles
